If you play PUBG on your cell phone you already know that PUBG Mobile doesn’t let you play using mobile data as the developers claim that it causes network lag due to slow DNS servers. You could unblock this restriction by downloading and running a VPN in the background while you play the game on data but that would cause network lag as well. In this article, we will show you how to play PUBG Mobile without any VPN or any lag for that matter.
Our method is easy and simple. Following are some easy to follow steps for your Android device which will guide you on how to play PUBG Mobile on mobile data without the use of any VPN. Our method is direct and involves you manually changing DNS servers for mobile data.
First off, you need to download a DNS changer. From here you can get a free of charge DNS Server Changer For Your Android Device. This is required to change the DNS settings of your Android device to Google’s DNS servers for mobile data.
Launch the app and set two entry fields i.e DNS 1 and DNS 2. Enter the following information into the two fields:
- DNS 1: 184.108.40.206
- DNS 2: 220.127.116.11
Once you have done this, press the START button located right below the two DNS fields. You will probably be presented with a dialogue box. Select Yes or OK.
The info in the app is going to make a reference to using a VPN.
This isn’t’ a true VPN as such that we changed DNS ourselves and no external servers are involved in the routing of data.Your Android device is now using Google DNS for mobile data connection. Now you can peacefully play PUBG Mobile game on data with no limitations set by developers, lag or any issues you had before.
